Max Studio Black and White Gingham Plaid Smocked Blouse

Elegant gingham blouse with smocked detailing. Features puff sleeves and a square neckline. Ideal for versatile styling, and holiday outfits. This piece is in good used condition with a minor flaw on the back where a repair has been maid on the smocking. Please see photos for details and measurements. Please note that the hip measurement is 25”, so there is a good bit of fabric. I am 30” in the waist and it fits well. I have tested it, and the give goes up to about 32-34” fairly easily.
