The top is Max Studio and the skirt is BCBG. The fabrics are the same and so is the lace with the beige shell. It is an identical pair made for each other. It is BRAND NEW. The lace are black flowers. Skirt is a solid black first layer and underneath is black floral lace and a beige lining. It is too sharp with its tuxedo tail. The skirt does not give.
