Maurie & Eve polka dot peplum dress

Maurie & Eve black & white polka dot pencil peplum dress, size small. Measurements taken flat: 14 inches pit to pit, 13 inches across the waist taken from the top edge of the peplum, 30.5 inches total length. Only worn once as it's too small for me.
