queenoflife Is this true to size? Are the arms tight feeling?

sucl @queenoflife it’s a Maurice’s size 3 coat, it’s 28 inches across around the waist/hip area. I wear a size 24 pants but carry most of my weight in my hips, I can snap the jacket all the way but it is a little tight. I posted a picture of the snap closures. The arms are fine. My arms are about 17 1-2 inches and I didn’t find it tight.

sucl @tmglees I uploaded pictures to see the measurements. The length from shoulder seem to bottom is approximately 32 inches, the chest from armpit seam to armpit seam is approximately 27 inches, the length of the sleeve from shoulder seam to bottom is approximately 26 1/2 inches, and the measurement around the top of the sleeve is approximately 21 1/2 inches
