The color is chartreuse, lining is smooth, solid yellow polyester sheath just reaching the knee (depending on strap adjustment) Outside layer is very sheer (chiffon, I think) and longer with handkerchief hem, adjustable spaghetti straps Small dark stains on lining (shown in photo above)
