Maurices Knee Length Black and White Striped Dress With Tie

This dress is really easy to dress up and down. I have worn it by itself and with a jean jacket, it goes with pretty much anything. The tie in the front can be loosely crossed or tied into a bow. The waist and the top of this dress are extremely stretchy so even though it's an extra small it could easily fit a small and possibly a medium. It is also double layered and the inside layer is very comfy and stretchy as well. This dress hits right at the top of my knees and I am 5'6"
