There is also an attached tie at the elbow. The dress is fitted through the bust and then flares out from the waist to the hem. There is also an attached tie around the waist. The dress zips in the back. It also has a button closure at the back of the neck with a narrow peekaboo opening from the button down to where the back zipper starts. The dress is lined in the front bodice and the entire skirt, but not in the sleeves or the back of the bodice. It is in very good used condition. The dress does not have any stretch to it.
