Maurices Cream Floral Cold Shoulder Ribbon 3/4 Sleeve Round Neck Blouse Sz Small

This Maurices 3/4 sleeve shirt is super cute, and it has ties at the end of the sleeves. It's in great condition, except for some fraying on the right tie where the ribbon seam opened up and left side is slightly open but no fraying. You could totally fix it by sewing the ribbon seam closed or just replacing the ribbon tie. I've attached a picture so you can see the fraying. You can wear it with jeans or shorts for a casual vibe, or dress it up with some cute pants or a skirt.
