Maurices Blue and White Striped Maxi Dress

Maxi dress from Maurice’s. Can be worn off the shoulder or on the shoulder. It has two slits in each side and the dress is partially lined to the knees. The waist has elastic, but also has a belt. Blue and white stripes. I love the dress and it’s in great condition, only worn a handful of times. Great condition! Now I simply can’t fit it :(
