strapless, tshirt like material is 63% Rayon 37% Polyester , dress is varieated stripes of white and either dark navy or black ( I cant differentiate due to cataracts apologies) , size L measurements are roughly 33" from shoulder to hem and about 15" pit to pit , decent wearable pre owned condition no holes or stains, pet friendly non smoking home.
