Matthildur/Elm Design dress and caplet

This is a show stopper dress. The complexity of the design is mind boggling. The dress has many angles and the hem varies. The pockets are shirred. The dress can be worn alone as it is gorgeous. Adding the caplet makes it even more so. The caplet snaps on and fits snugly around the shoulders. The color is absolutely beautiful. It is 100% polyester but looks like taffeta. The designer used to live in Iceland and was then Elm Design. Now lives in Peru.
