Rope texture on sides and around the back. 2-1/4" opening but hinge allows wear by a variety of wrist sizes. 1/2" wide. Hinge works well. One area of tarnish on edge. One area of wear where base metal is visible. Imperfections shown in last two photos. Imperfections do not detract from the overall look.
