Matte Black Belt with Rhinestone Buckle

We don't know who made this belt, but it will fit up to 30" and it has a buckle and belt loop that are covered in white rhinestones. It is shiny leather-like material on the inside (we don't know what it actually is) and matte black fabric on the outside. It is in very good condition, none of the stones are missing.
