Matilda Jane tunic, size 4

Matilda Jane, size 4 tunic. This has the cutest layered ruffles on the back. We wore with leggings, and it was adorable. It has 2 colored marker spots on the front, but with the colors in the top being the same shade, it's not very noticeable.
