House of Clouds - Whippy Top. Vintage, made in Peru MJ! Listing as play because previous owner restitched some areas (not done professionally) and there are a few areas pulling away again. My daughter wore this and it wasn't super noticeable imo, but it could definitely be restitched. This top is super cute on:)
