Unfortunately, the size tag is missing so I am listing measurements below. Based on these I would guesstimate a Medium fit. Based on fabric feel I would say it’s 100% Rayon. Super cute and flattering especially with its ruffle sleeves and contrasting plaid/striped pattern. This would make for such a beautiful feminine dress.
