plantootd @dadecounty217 The small aligns with a 4 and the M w/ a 6. They are true to size though so it will fit pretty exact. I'm a M and the M fits perfect, but personaly sizing up to a L for me would allow that comfy loose fit. I have the measurments listed. If you're within the stretch range you should be good, but if your right at the edge of the stretch range, I'd consider sizing up.
