Mata Traders popover batik-print sundress

This cap-sleeve sundress features elasticized, underbust ruching in the center of the chest/ midriff on both the front and back, and an overall lightweight A-line cut. The 100% cotton fabric is a breezy batik in bright red with white designs. (Photos on model show a different fabric pattern, but the same dress cut-- for fit and ruching placement.) Dress measures 16" pit-to-pit, 14" across the waist (unstretched), and 35" long from the shoulder. Was worn on a few summer occasions, washed, and now doesn't fit.
