All-Clad Master Chef cookware from the original Master Chef series, indicated by the "MASTER" stamp and the "201" which corresponds to the 201 1/2 sauce pan. Here's more information about All-Clad Master Chef cookware: Construction: The original Master Chef line, and its successor MC2, feature a bonded construction with a stainless steel interior and a brushed aluminum exterior, providing even heat distribution and a stick-resistant cooking surface. Performance: Master Chef pieces are known for their thickness and even heating, with some experts considering them to perform better than later D3 or D5 lines due to their thicker construction. Discontinuation: While popular among professional and serious home cooks, the Master Chef line was eventually discontinued, in part because its aesthetics were not as widely appealing as the fully stainless steel lines. Care: It is generally recommended to hand wash All-Clad Master Chef cookware, as dishwasher use can potentially damage the bonding and lead to issues like delamination. Origin: All-Clad cookware, including the Master Chef line, is bonded, engineered, and assembled in the USA at their factory in Canonsburg, PA, using high-quality US and imported materials. This is in great vintage condition with interior surface scratching and light exterior discoloration. Please review all photos. For reference this pot is 3.5” high and 6” in diameter. The handle is about 7” long. It includes the original lid.

ohsopretty7777 @spiceykent This is the information that I found online: How the pan was constructed Instead of being a single-metal pan, the Master Chef 201 1/2 had a two-ply construction consisting of two layers of metal bonded together. Interior: The cooking surface was made of non-reactive 18/10 stainless steel. Exterior: The exterior was a thicker, brushed aluminum layer. The aluminum provides excellent heat conductivity, and the stainless steel interior provides a durable, stick-resistant surface.
