I have cleaned 1 time since receiving, but I would recommend carefully using a tiny brush to clean in between the points, to knock the debris loose (if still more). I have always found that using a tiny bit of dawn dish soap + either club soda or warm water works well FOR THOSE STONES THAT CAN BE PLACED IN WATER (not all stones can so plz do your research first)!
