Easy to hold and versatile for use. The jars were made by the Anchor Glass Container Corp. & they have the Country Hearth (fireplace) pattern on the front. The bottom of the jars are marked with the AGCC anchor symbol which the company began using in 1983 & a "C" inside of a circle which was used by the Chattanooga Glass Company from 1927-1987. This dates the jars listed here some time between 1983 & 1987. The back of the jars are marked "Not For Home Canning" on the bottom edge.
