Late 90s/ early 2000s/ Y2K era bell sleeve floral blouse from Mary-Kate and Ashley. Off white/cream colored with blue/pink/purple. Surplice neckline, tie under bust for a fitted look and embellished with iridescent sequins. Super pretty top! Girls XL (14/16) but could probably fit a woman XS- MED- this is just a rough guess, see measurements in the photos though and use your best judgement Excellent preowned condition. Lovely for spring
