Mary Frances Black Velvet & Ruffle Beaded Evening Shoulder Bag Purse

This purse by Mary Frances has it all! It is black patterned velvet, with beads, ruffles, and a few rhinestones. It has a 30" beaded shoulder strap and closes with a magnetic velvet flower covered snap. It has a taffeta layered ruffle around the bottom half of the purse.
