So, what are the key measurements and does it stretch? Is the dark color clearly Blue or more or less black?

@cafe_collection I’m sorry this has taken me a while to respond. I’m a teacher and back in school. The blue is a dark navy but not black. And the fabric does have a little stretch. I can try and take a video of this outside later today to get better lighting and possibly show off the colors a little truer.

@cafe_collection I’m going to add the additional photos I took to this post. The waistband seam does not stretch but the fabric itself does. Outside under full sun the blue didn’t seem as dark. Measurements are in photos.
