This Indiana stoneware pitcher was made in Marshall Studios by Gordon & Jane Martz in the 1960s. It has a nice round base that tapers to a thinner neck which then opens to a wide spout. Finished off with a substantial handle. It is covered in a dark olive brown glaze and around the middle are etched flowing lines that resemble a backwards "S". This rare collectible piece is in excellent condition...no chips. Owned by my grandparents, I have never seen it used in my lifetime. Signed on the bottom by Gordon Martz with a product number. Measures about 10" tall.
