These are new in the package but some of them will need a good cleaning as the plastic is open from one end so some pieces have gotten dirty over the years and maybe very light scratched. This set includes 13 knives (8 3/4"), 9 small forks (6 1/2"), 12 large forks (7 1/2"), 12 small spoons (6 1/2"), 15 large spoons (7 1/2").
