Marquis shaped ring with diamonds. There are 10 diamonds total on each side of the band ( 2 rows of 5) Also, there is a halo of diamonds (26) surrounding the 4 in the center of marquis shape. Sterling silver. Got it cleaned by a jeweler (Zales) and reconfirmed that these are all genuine diamonds-(there’s no box or pouch). Given to me as a gift from an ex. All I know is that he purchased it from a major department store
