Marquee sign Hashtag

This is a marquee hashtag light. I've barely used it, I would only turn it on for a few seconds at a time when I turned it on. I will send it with the batteries it already has. Ask any questions! I am willing to negotiate, I think the sign is really cute but I never had any use for it so I'm just cleaning out some stuff.❤❤
