This was one of my favorite dresses I wore to a school dance. I only wore this once but it is gorgeous! It is a strapless dress with a rhinestone appliqué under the bust. I purchased this from Windsor as a size 3/4 but it runs small. Feel free to ask any questions or make an offer!
