I'm so bummed this gorgeous vintage dress doesn't fit me because vintage sizes run smaller. I listed the measurements down below. Perfect dress for a night out, cocktail event, Great Gatsby or Halloween costume party! Shoulder pads are sewn into the dress. Black beads along the neckline do tend to flip over so a good steam at the professional dry cleaners should help. I didn't want to wash this dress myself as the beads and sequins are delicate, so please keep in mind this dress has a slight musty vintage smell to it. Nothing super horrible though.
