Mark Jacobs printed corduroy pants. women’s size 8

A favorite pair of vintage mark Jacobs corduroy slacks. I have kept these for years, hoping I would fit back into them, but it is time to sell. so much fun to wear. .25x.5” coffee color stain on right shin. Print helps conceal it. Slightly boot cut, they are post manufacture tailored and have a 3 inch hem in case someone wants to let them out. There is an embroidered MJ on the watch pocket and the snap closure at the fly has Mark Jacobs embossed. I am not the first owner of these, so I am not sure of the vintage. I have had them for 15 years so they are probably Y2K era. Condition: good. Note small stain on front shin about .5x.25” area. Fabric: 100% cotton corduroy Any Stretch?
