The dress has a square neckline and also has a lace, ruffle collar with matching Puffy short sleeve cuffs. The skirt part of the dress features a black and white striped design with a peekaboo that shows the checkered pattern underneath. It has a full skirt look because there is crinoline and a red tulle for added volume.
