I have ventured into her store in Berkley several times and just WOW! These pants are just adorable, with a flat front with patch pockets. There is contrasting blue stitching throughout. Button fly and a nice wide leg. Slightly stretchy felted wool. Fully lined. No care of fabric tag, but I can tell this is wool and must be dry cleaned. The condition is gently used, no visible flaws other than the faded tag. Measurements are taken flat, then doubled, and are as follows: WAIST: 30 Inches HIP: 34 Inches INSEAM: 30 Inches RISE: 10 Inches
