Freshly laundered post-surgical recovery garment from Marena. Was always worn WITH underwear underneath - no nasties here! In excellent condition, worn for about a week tops. Please review the size chart and measure yourself carefully before purchasing— I normally take a Small and I was an XL on their chart! Worked great for me at 1-2 weeks post op.
