Mardi Gras “tailgater” style blouse purchased from Spirit Dress. Green and yellow embroidery is beautiful. Ruffled collar and puff sleeves are a win too. Size small, but fits like medium so too big for me to wear. Size chart on Spirit Dress website says a small is 15.5 inches shoulder to shoulder, 40-inch circumference with pleats and 26 inches from collar to hem. Except for initial try-on, this has never been worn.
