Stunning and unique mini dress. The skirt is black and the top is colorful purple, blue, pink, green and white delicate silk that covers the sweetheart neckline and forms a peplum shape. It can be worn with ruffles and volume like in my pictures, or you can reduce the volume by flattening the layer (see last picture). Strapless, no loops for straps. Great short prom dress, wedding guest, party, ball, Vegas, cruise, homecoming.

What is the waist measurement? And do you have a stock photo too of it? Is the black section stretchy or polyester?

@christineyay 🤦♀️ the only listing where I forgot to add measurements. Here they are:
Bust: 15"
Waist: ~13.5" (inside the dress measurement; outside measures to 14" but there's garment seam, material etc thickness)
Hips: 19"
Length: 24" measuring down the side seam
The dress is silk with poly lining, and there's zero stretch anywhere.
I posted a stock picture, lol I think the dress is pinned on the model because the skirt shape, it's not bodycon-like in person. I'm 5'2 btw
