modamixx @tiffbolton Hi. Laying flat: PTP: ~18 inches Waist: ~15 inches The only thing I can say about it accommodating to a larger bust is that the the straps are adjustable. I’m a size 8 woman’s dresses. I can fit this dress but it’s too big in the bust and I’m a C cup. Hope this helps.
