Marcel Help Pants

Great pants I just never wore them. There are a couple tiny marks on them that we there when I purchased. There are specks of red dye all throughout the pant, this is how the pant came from the store, there is also a small black stain at the cuff on one leg. 15" waist laying flat across, no stretch to material 9" rise 28" inseam Thigh circumference 20" around Hips 19" across laying flat, no stretch
