Marc by Marc Textured cocktail Dress

Pre loved Marc by Marc cocktail dress. It does need some mending. The hem at the bottom needs re tacking (pictured.) And the loops for the belt are no longer attached. But the dress has been priced accordingly. Would be lovely for a holiday party with a statement necklace!
