Good used condition! The only real noticeable imperfections are on the hardware on the front that I honestly never even noticed when I was still using this bag until I took these photos. Inside and outside are both free of stains and look great. I really do love this tote so much and think it’s perfect for everything. Holds a ton and is perfect for work or school!
