It has one large outside pocket perfect for a cell phone and two smaller ones on the sides. Top zip closure. The inside has three pockets, including one with a zipper. It’s in nearly perfect condition inside and out, and has just a tiny bit of fraying on one end of the strap. Approximate measurements: 10” high x 9.5” wide x 0.5” deep. Strap drop up to 22”.
