Marc Jacobs original handmade vest

This piece is absolutely beautiful! Handed down from designer for company at least 15 yrs ago. Never worn, still in pristine condition. Zoom in on photos to see the beautiful stitching detail. Front fabric is structured strong polyester, back is silk. Buttons at back are not adjustable. Front pockets are functional. Pay close attn to measurements, as this probably fits small/petite tops.
