refabjack @amysieg77 Hi there...it does but be sure about the chest size. A size 4 is 33 inches which this jacket measures. A size 6 usually has a 34 inch chest size. I am a seamstress so that is why I give full measurements on most of my listings. It is a great jacket for the price. Thanks, Carolyn
