@chrisskao want to say yes because I have consistently worn a 7 1/2 for the last 10 years and these still fit amazing. That being said though I have recently bought multiple brand new 7.5 shoes from designers I already own and know fit but ended up having to return or sell the shoes because they seem to be running much larger now.
