ayounglibrarian Hi @mircl Amy! So sorry for the delay in getting back to you! I measured from the center, from the top of the collar to the bottom and that is 26". This one definitely goes below the waist! Right around the hips! It's super nice and has awesome patterned lining. I also love the red thread detail on the buttons.
