it's just an easier way to clean your little box. you roll it to the right and it dumps and dirty litter into a pan on the right and you turn it back to the left and the clean litter goes back into the bottom of the litter box for the next cat to use a clean litter if you keep it rolled after each use. you can find the details about it on Amazon where I bought it and it's still in great condition because I invested in a litter robot.
