Manolo blahnik silver leather rhinestone crystal buckle heels sandals mule 39

Made in Italy. Leather uppers, lining, insoles, and soles. Iconic Y2K/ early 2000s vintage open toe slip on double buckle mules sandals with crystals / rhinestones. I find that these run small. I am usually a 38 or 7.5, these are a 39 or 9 per their size chart and they barely fit me, they are a bit too tight from the top strap and my foot barely fits from the length. Please be familiar with manolo sizing, will also provide measurements upon request. They need some minor repairs which can be done at a cobbler such as: new heel caps, regluing some areas, deep cleaning/ regluing or resewing the stones, touch up on a few spots of the silver of the leather.
