I would say the shoe runs a bit small and this 39.5 is more like a 39. For reference I usually wear an 8.5 in US heels and purchase a 39.5 in Manolo heels, for me my foot fits in it but feels like my back of my foot is sticking out- this feels like it would fit better for someone who wears an 8 in US heels and gets a 39 Manolo. New in box, does not come with dust bag, nice condition with no stains or scratches. Heels are 70 mm which is approximately 2.7”.
