janlchrisman Hi, I bought the dress for my daughter and at first she tried the US 4 and it was snug, she could zip it up but it was uncomfortable. The US 6 fit perfectly (she usually wears a US 4 or small, she is 5’7”) The dress is stunning on, I love the fabric but the color didn’t work for the wedding she was in. I missed the 2 week window to return it to Australia. Hope this info helps. I can take flat measurements if you’d like.
