Everyone needs a classic black turtleneck top in their closets like this black pleated half sleeve turtleneck by Mandee in junior size medium. Pair with a plaid skirt and boots. Perfect for work, date nights, etc. I brought this from Mandee’s in the late 2000s Y2K era, and wore it to work. It no longer fits, and needs a new home.
